Many of you have been able to access the newly posted SSOP streaming
videos on the Seafood HACCP Alliance's Sanitation Control Procedures
Course. We've had over 450 visitors from around the world since the
    announcement last week
    (http://listproc.ucdavis.edu/archives/seafood/log0505/0013.html).
However, a couple of colleagues from Canada and South Africa e-mailed me
with requests for help. (Some hindrances included firewalls and proxy
    servers.)

Through the assistance of University of California Agricultural and
Natural Resources Communication Services, the streaming videos are now
hosted on two different (windows media and http) servers for 56K and
    broadband access.

The windows media server should give you faster access to the streaming
    videos.

If you can't access the streaming videos via the windows media server,
then try the http server which will be slightly slower,

"Windows Media Player 9" is required for viewing the streaming videos.

If you are having any trouble accessing the streaming videos, please
    e-mail me (pdtom@ucdavis.edu).
