In cooperation with the Seafood HACCP Alliance and the University of
California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources Communication
Services, the on-line video version of the Alliance's Sanitation Control
Procedures Course has been replaced with video streaming technology.

It is now easier to quickly access and view this free on-line training
program which discusses the eight sanitation monitoring conditions and
records mandated by the Seafood HACCP Regulation (21 CFR 123.11).

Information and system requirements for video streaming viewing are on the
Seafood Network Information Center web site at:

    http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/haccp/scpvideos.htm

You have a choice of using a 56K modem or broadband to view the on-line
    training program.

The video streaming process took considerable time and effort. We
greatfully thank and appreciate the assistance from Ray Lucas (Video
Producer/Director, ANR Communication Services) in transforming the format
from videos to streaming videos and from ANR Communication Services for
    sponsoring and hosting the transformation.

A special thanks is extended also to Doris Hicks (Seafood Specialist,
Delaware Sea Grant) for her assistance and cooperation with this on-line
    outreach project.
