I use to know the answer to this question . . . where can I find the
U.S.A. regulatory requirements for the levels of sodium tripolyphosphate
(phosphate) as food additive for frozen storage protection of frozen fish
fillets? Particularly where are the requirements for groundfish blocks?
Would I find the limits for added water there too? What are the upper
limits?
