These workshops are designed for seafood processors, wholesalers,
retailers, and inspectors.
Donald Kramer (University of Alaska Marine Advisory Program, Seafood
Specialist, Anchorage, AK) and Robert McCray (USDC/NOAA - Seafood
Inspection Program, Consumer Safety Officer/Training Specialist, Seattle,

questions about this new regulation - its requirements and implementation.
