Dear List,
I assume everyone is talking about escolar consumption in the cooked form!?!
Some sushi bars are regularly selling escolar raw here in Louisiana. I don't
know FDA's stance on that; or if they are even aware. I also don't know if
poisonous is a fair assessment, but it seems something is definitely going
on when certain people ingest this fish.
What affect does eating this fish raw have on the body?
