As matter of interest I would like to know(in regards to sea fish
products)
is it necessary to have seperate processing lines
if one has to process different sea food products say like fish,lobsters
etc.,or all products can be processed on same table,provided proper
cleaning
and sanitising progrramme follows the processing of one product,ie after
processing one product ,tables are cleaned and sanitised before other
product is processed.
Any information on this regard will be of great help
