fishing in foreign EEZ

    Dear List,
    I would like somebody to clarify for me, the below scenario.

    If an EU approved onboard freezing vessel, usually fishes in the EEZ of a third country, with the 3rd countries flag, which is in EU list one, goes out and fish in the EEZ of a third country which is not at all listed or approved by EU.......,

    1.which authorities will have to give health certificates for further exportation of this fish product into EU?
    2.Is such kind of fishing allowed by EU for exportation into EU?
    3.What will be the country of Origin?

    I appreciate an answer, idea or references.
