Registration for the 10th annual Shrimp School (May 17-19, 2005 at the
Aquatic Food Products Lab, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL) is now
open.

Agenda topics, dates and other important information are at:
http://shrimpschool.ifas.ufl.edu

Course enrollment is on a first come first serve basis. To secure your
space, please fill out registration on the website as soon as possible.
Participants can always cancel 30 days prior to the course (better safe
than sorry).

Payment is not due until April 18, 2005. For questions, please e-mail Ms.
