Dear Jeya
1. Health authorities (including the World Health Organization) have
discounted any health threat from seafood from affected areas. See the
WHO page:
http://www.who.int/features/qa/02/en/
2. There is no 'Zulican virus'. Its just a rumour, also confirmed by
health authorities. There are many links on this, you'll have to search
about for an authoritative one or you could contact CIFT.

3. Just the normal, every day hazards from eating seafood. Nothing new.
FAO press release:

Unfortunately these rumours have severely impacted on seafood
consumption in the region, further complicating the lives of those
fishermen still able to work.
Kindest regards
