the California Seafood Council (http://ca-seafood.ucdavis.edu) servers are
back up and on a faster and more secure site now.
The Seafood HACCP Alliance Sanitation Control Procedures Course in video
format was available on-line at SeafoodNIC. These were very large files
which took a long time to download and view. Through the cooperation of
the University of Delaware Sea Grant Program, I recently received a master
copy and am in the process of having them converted to video-streamed
files which will be easier for you to access and view. They should be
on-line by the end of February. You can visit this site in February to
access the video-streamed files:
