    Dear list,

    In order that we do not let die such an important conversation regarding
    unsafe histamine levels in Scrombroid species;

    (US FDA Fish and Fisheries Products Hazards and Controls Guidance, Chapter 7:
    Scombrotoxin (Histamine) Formation), www.cfsan.fda.gov/~comm/haccp4.html.

    Can anyone shed some light on the US and EU port of entry requirements for
    Scrombroid species fresh or frozen. And what is required for native caught, lets
    say in Florida where mahi mahi is most likely to be sold as fresh on a local
    market.

    Thank you in advance.
