      AOAC method for TPC is 35 degree C for 48 hours.don't know exacctly what is the latest codex alimentarius recommendation.

      Is the recommended incubation temperature for Total plate count or Total viable count for fish products analysis is 35 deg C for 48 hrs or 30 deg C for 72 hr? I would like to know what the AOAC method and Codex Alimentarius says on this.
