Greetings.

The October 2004 issue of the Global Aquaculture Advocate, official
publication of the Global Aquaculture Alliance (www.gaalliance.org, an international,
nonprofit trade association dedicated to advancing environmentally and socially
responsible aquaculture)
will have the main theme of Value-Added Seafood Processing.

We would like to invite interested readers of this list to consider
contributing short articles (500-1000 words) on pertinent, current topics of interest.

The deadline is 20 September for reception of articles, but please consider
that we do all editing and formatting to conform to our editorial guidelines,
so writing an article for the GAA Advocate is not a major task; basically, tell
your story and we will format it and edit into final form. No literature
citations are needed nor encouraged.

If you are contributing an article, please help us with a couple of pictures;
we much prefer digital images (jpg or tif formats at the highest resolution
and image size possible) and suitable captions.

All contributing authors receive a complimentary copy of the issue where
their article is published.

We would also welcome articles for subsequent issues of our magazine.

Thank you for considering it and kind regards.
