    NFI's 3rd Biennial Seafood Technical Innovations Conference

    January 31st -February 3rd, 2005 (Monday thru Thursday) at the Rosen
    Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

    Educational Sessions: Sessions will feature a variety of technical
    topics to assist QC, R&D and Production personnel with their jobs, such
    as:

    * Processing Seafood with Filtered Wood Smoke and Carbon Monoxide
    * Vacuum/Reduced Atmosphere Packaging Technology
    * Specialty Ingredients & Processing Technology for Product Development
