Dear Colleagues,
I need methodologies for the accompaniment of the protein denaturation in
freezing shrimp.
Somebody have such methodology or can tell me the more indicated analysis? I
have some pointers of protein denaturation that I can make the accompaniment
(Ca2+ ATPase and soluble Protein in saline solution), but I do not have a
methodology to follow.
I wait the contribution of the colleagues.
