Hi there
Can anyone advise me of what facilities are need to a fishing company to
vacuum pack fish loins on a vessel. The vessel is already approached as a
processing site for export of gilled and gutted fish.
What additional facilities and safeguards are needed for vacuum packing
please. We know that this is done on vessels in the Mediterranean.
