Dear Colleagues,
I am looking some references about marinated seafood processing and
legislation (in U.S.A. and C.E.)
Here in Brazil, some researches call this product as sauced (with spices)
seafood but this nomenclature is wrong. We don't have any legislation for
marinated seafood or sauced seafood...
Somebody could help me?
