As chair of an Aquatic Food Products Special Session at Aquaculture
America 2005 (January 17-20, 2005 at the Marriott Hotel in New Orleans,
LA) sponsored by the U.S. Aqauculture Society, National Aquaculture
Association and U.S. Aquaculture Suppliers Association. The Special
Session will focus on value-added product development and aquatic food safety (other than safety topics related to Quality Assurance and HACCP because separate sessions will include these topics).
A call for papers is in progress. The abstracts are due August 3. A
preliminary brochure plus abstract submission information is on the IFT
Aquatic Food Products Division web site at:
