    On May 3, 2004, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued the guidance
    for "Prior Notice of Imported Food Questions and Answers (Edition 2)" on
    the web at: http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~pn/pnqagui2.html

    A new addition to the guidance includes links to "useful websites"
    (i.e., U.S. FDA, Bioterrorism Act sites, U.S. Customs and Border
    Protection -- including CBP broker management handbook, and information on
    becoming a broker).
