Dear Colleagues,
I’ll change my PhD thesis theme (Innovation and Product Development in South
Brazil Seafood Insdustry) and I have a great interest about the follow
theme: “Seafood Frozen/glazing processing optimization and water
quantification in frozed/glazed products”. Then, I am looking for some work,
articles, thesis, etc., about this theme.
