Dear members,
In order to prepare a national document, I am actually involved in the
preparation of a standard operating procedure concerning the determination
of added phosphorus (phosphates) to fish products.
This work intends to answer to the actual concerns about the presence of
high levels of phosphates in some fish products.
If you have any methodology in use in your laboratories (and that can be
passed to other labs) or you have knowledge about any published methodology
I would be very happy to receive this information.
