I DON'T KNOW IF THERE EXISTS A TABLE FOR CONVERSION OF HEAD ON
SHRIMP GRADE TO HEADLESS SHRIMP GRADE.
DEPENDING ON SPECIES THERE IS A REDUCTION OF 30/40% WEIGHT .SO THE
60/70 HEAD ON SHRIMP WILL BE 71/90 or91/110 HEADLESS SHRIMPS.
