Theoretically, H/L count in pound will be
approximately seventy percentage of the H/ON count in
Kilogram. That is, if the count of your 60/70 is 68 in
a kilo, your H/L count will be 48 in a pound, which
will fall in the grade 41/50. But this is largely
depends on the uniformity of the H/ON, we are talking
about.
