Frozen scallops

    Hi folks,

    I am looking for a quick procedure to check yields for IQF frozen scallop meats.

    As you probably know, it is not uncommon for processors to add weight to scallop meats, causing inconsistent yields for further processing. I know there are procedures to determine yields using microwave ovens for instance. I would appreciate any information on procedures.
