The University of Florida and FL Sea Grant will be having HACCP, SCP and
Segment 2 courses in Davis, Florida (Ft. Lauderdale area) starting on
Monday April 12, 2004.

HACCP - April 12-13, 2004
Segment 2 - April 13, 2004 (jointly with HACCP workgroup)
SCP - April 14, 2004

The courses are pending AFDO approval.

The instructors will be Steve Otwell and Victor Garrido.
