On February 2, 2004, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued
corrections to an interim final rule that appeared in the Federal Register
of October 10, 2003 (68 FR 58974). The document issued an interim final
regulation that requires the submission to FDA of prior notice of food,
including animal feed, that is imported or offered for import into the
United States. The document was published with some errors. Corrections
to th 32 errors can be accessed on the web
    (http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~lrd/fr040202.html).
