Tuna loins?

    Colleagues:
     
           I need to identify the proper HTSUS (harmonized tariff) codes
    for tuna loins. I've had two people give me two completely different
    answers, so am seeking additional advice. One individual has suggested
    HTSUS 1604.14.40 while another has suggested 0302.35.00.00 and
    0303.45.00.00. I'd appreciate an explanation and as inclusive a
    response for different tuna species as possible. Thanks for any help on
    this.
