    Happy New Year to you!

This year, in an effort to be more efficient with my time [which is scarce
because I have a lot of *new* and *exciting* projects!], I'd like to try a
different approach concerning the listing of the Seafood HACCP Alliance
HACCP and Sanitation Control Procedures course announcements.

Instead of my sending out semi-monthly notices, I prefer to just list this
information on the following three web sites which are available to you
    24/7:

    HACCP COURSES:
    http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/haccp/training/masterca.htm (includes Seafood
HACCP Alliance/AFDO, National Marine Fisheries Service, and private
    industry offered HACCP courses).

    SANITATION COURSES:
    http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/events/sanitation.htm

So, the Seafood Network Information Center web site
(http://seafood.ucdavis.edu) is now hosting three distinct calendars for
    the seafood industry:

    1. Seafood Events Calendar (there's a link at the top to the two
calendars below plus a link to the National Food Processors Institute's
Better Process Control School, HACCP and Thermal Process Courses)

    2. HACCP Courses Calendar

    3. Sanitation Courses Calendar

Please bookmark the Seafood Network Information Center web site so that
you can easily access the most current listing of HACCP, SCP and other
    seafood events.

Subscribers, feel free to continue posting your seafood coming events
    announcements via this listserv.

If you have questions or comments regarding the above, please let me know.
I look forward to continue serving the seafood community by managing this
    mailing list.
