Aloha again list : Thank you all in the past for your assistance on numerous topics, including FDA plant registration, prior notice, health certification requirements, etc. I now have another quickie. At what level of sodium (as % of daily recommended limit per serving) would it be wise (or even regulatory) to include a statement on the nutritional label of a RTE item such as smoked fish that persons on a reduced salt intake diet should take care when eating the product : 20%, 25% > 25% or other ?
