Unknown Lobster Disease???

    This picture was forwarded to me by one of our sales staff that was recieved
    from a customer. The customer had been showed this picture by someone who
    had cooked the meat and it had turned out like this after being processed
    from live lobsters that day.

    Has anyone seen this before? Anyone have any ideas?
