    Post-doctoral or Visiting Scientist Position Available

    Where: Food Science Department, NC State University, Raleigh NC

    When: Beginning February, 2004, for up to one year or more.

    Qualifications: Ph.D. degree in Food Science or closely related field.
    Skills in protein separations and/or processing, plus protein
    compositional and/or conformational analysis. Interest in industrial
    processing of proteins for food use.
