    The Department of Fishery Product, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand
    and Inter FoodTech Company, California, USA, offer a two-day Thailand
    seafood processing plant tour for seafood processors to explore on day 1,
    the complete cycle of Thailand Tiger Shrimp industry from farms (hatchery
    and grow out) to processed shrimp processing and value-added chitosan from
    shrimp byproduct processing plants, and day 2, Tuna, value-added (omega-3
    fish oil, fish meals, and protein) processing from Tuna byproducts
    processing plants, and surimi processing, on January 19-20, 2004. The fee
    is $180 for both programs per person or $100 for each program per person,
    which includes lunch.
