we have recently bought a nir from analytical spectral devices and will be
using grams software to perform data analysis to determine protein and fat
content in tuna so as to optimize our cooking process. I am very new to this
nir and chemometric world. I have two requests:
1: if anyone can refer me to some literature to make a good and solid start
in the world of chemometrics and nir
2: has anyone performed nir calibrationon fish from different origins and
species of tuna or related studies.
