recommendations for temperature probe

Could someone recommend a UK or European manufacturer or distributor of
an accurate, robust, waterproof temperature probe to be used on board
commercial fishing vessels? This would be for taking air and seawater
temperatures, and internal temperatures of stored fish.

I have not had much success finding what I am looking for on the web
given my budget and the application.
