Dear Luis and HACCP List Subscribers,

I was having a very difficult time reading the messages because there were
numerous (and I do mean numerous) screens of html code before I got to the
core of the messages, and my Spanish is very limited. I took a leisurely
day off today and didn't realize that there was a problem until now. I
immediately took action.

The situation is now under control and I appreciate everyone's patience
with what happened today.
