    Can someone please direct me to a definitive guide for determining
    recoveries from processing Round Pacific Cod fish?
    Specifically, I am looking to confirm:
     
    Round - Head off, Collar Bone ON (CBO, Western Cut)
    Round - Head Off, Collar Bone OFF (J-Cut, Eastern Cut)
