The EPA has a report on the Internet here http://www.epa.gov/ost/fish/. I'm
not sure if it is broken down by the categories you need, but it might cite
other useful reports.
"Estimated Per Capita Fish Consumption in the United States
(EPA-821-C-02-003) (August 2002) (PDF, 3.3MB) This report displays daily
average per capita fish consumption estimates that may be used in estimating
risk to human health from the consumption of contaminated freshwater and
estuarine finfish and shellfish species."
Hope that helps.

Subject: Fish consumption per capita
Can anyone tell me where I may locate data on per capita fish consumption
for the USA. I am looking for figures that can be broken down by fish
category - oil rich fish, demersal or 'white' fish and shellfish, also by
socio-economic group if available.
Many thanks,
Richard Chivers
