For those of you in regions 5 and 4, your vote will be conducted at
your regional offices next week. Please contact Joe Stangl in region 5 and Tony
Pagano in region 4 for the times and date.
I have sent out a request for the other regions to either set up a
meeting next week and I will attend the meeting and bring everyhting with me or
else I'll get it in the mail. I would much rather actually conduct a vote
meeting but II need your cooperation ASAP.

meeting on Monday 7/7. The rest of next week is open and I want to do my best to
get this done by next Friday as requested by the policy committee.
