Hi all,
The International Association of Food Protection (IAFP) will hold its
annual meeting, August 10-13, in New Orleans, LA. Two symposia
(half-day sessions each) will be convened that may be interesting for
members on the Seafood HACCP mailing list to attend: "Hot Topics in
Seafood Quality and Safety" (symposium #8) and "Aquaculture: Safety and
Quality Issues" (symposium #21). In addition, a poster session (#5)
under the heading "Produce and Seafood Microbiology" will be conducted.
