I would like to know when the shrimp are treated in phosphate solution ,what are benefits?
1. In term of % yield
2. Texture in term of kinaesthetic studies
3. Taste in term of any sensory analysis
4. Color in term of spectroscopic studies and/or visual, and/or organoleptic studies.
