steel and th eec code

Dear list member
        would appreciate it if someone would tell me if a steel door for the
workers entrance is permitted..from outside the factory to the workers
changing rooms. also we have a partition between the the processing are and
the freezing area. its is three meter high..we are building a 1.2 meter high
wall and on top of the we are using steel frames...is the steel frame
acceptable for the eec code.
