Oat (allergen)

    Dear list members:

    Hello everybody!!!! Greetings from Mexico!!!!

    I work at Grupo Bimbo (bakery) in the Total Quality System.

    I would like to collect information about allergenic ingredients, FDA have
    a list with 9 for them (Peanut, Nuts, Egg, Milk, Soy, Wheat, Fish,
    Mollusks, Crustacean), but I need to know if the Oat is an allergen? or if
    somebody have considered Oat like allergen?

    Any suggestions o information would really be appreciated
