    Hello list members,

    I need information on the procedure for sample preparation of canned tuna
    for salt content analysis by automatic silver nitrate titration. Also, any
    information on the requirements of the set up of a basic microbiological lab
    for a tuna cannery- the types of microbilogical tests required, its
    frequency and so on.
