    Hi Francisco

In the UK most factories aim to achieve the British Retail Consortium
Technical Standard for Companies Supplying Retailer Branded Food Products.
Whilst I can not give you a full description of all conditions needed to
meet the requirements, as it would be a small book, I can tell you that
safety glass or a sheet of adhesive clear plastic film satisfies their
    requirements

    Dear Seafood Collegues:

Does somebody knows the lastest recomendations for the
construction of seafood buildings, for example, do not
use glass on the windows, etc.and other suggested
    recomendations.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best regards,
    Francisco Camino
