    I have to inspect "FROZEN TUNA BLOCK and GROUND TUNA" at supplier's site soon. If anybody has a General idea about HOW to know the quality of FROZEN TUNA BLOCK and GROUND TUNA, please let me know about it. I have ordered to our Supplier the BEST quality of Tuna. But, I still do not have any positive and certain idea about How to inspect this FROZEN TUNA BLOCK and GROUND TUNA at supplier's site.
