Dear Seafood Colleagues:
We are a very newcomer in this wonderful Seafood Industry. We have a cold storage and dry warehouse, Hackensack, NJ right now. We are importing some Frozen Fish Fillets and Canned Fish (Tuna) from the overseas suppliers and distributing it to some retailers here in New York and New Jersey at this moment. We do not process or re-pack our imported products in our warehouse and we sell our products as this original pack "AS IT IS". Our business volume is so small, but we are expecting to grow so fast.
Can anybody advise us that we have to take the Seafood HACCP Alliance registered courses or have a professional who took this Seafood HACCP registered courses in our company? If yes, can anybody let us know the best way to take the Seafood HACCP Alliance registered courses and whom we have to contact to take this course?
