Hi
I Have question regarding galvanized processing trays versus stainless
steel trays for freezing. We are in the process of renovating a seafood
factory which is in need of 1000+ trays. In the long run, it is better to
use stainless steel but wee need a temporary and economical solution. The
factory is not Haccp certified yet but we are planning to get the
certification. Is there problem in using galvanized steel trays and getting
HACCP certified?. I was wondering if anyone has any input. Any suggestion
would be greatly appreciated.
