I'm looking for info on the thawing of FAS groundfish (Flatfish) for
processing into fillets. Anyone with info on such with respect to best
methods, Proven methods, off the shelf systems ...etc.
I would appreciate any info that members of this list would have at their
disposal and could pass on.
