    Colleagues:

          I have a congressional office looking for a recent summary of
    international tuna trade and markets. Any suggestions for something
    recent and fairly comprehensive? I have the FAO statistics for 2000,
    but nothing that provides a narrative discussion nor gets into the size
    of fishing fleets or production/export capacities. Thanks in advance
    for any suggestions.
