I have an overview of all seafood and seafood products related microbiological data.

It was extracted by myself from a file by the WHO (European Centre for Environment
and Health, Rome): it contains all mandatory specifications from "algae" to "whale" .

It is somewhat outdated, I believe from 2001. It is being updated at this moment I was
    told.

If you are interested I could post it as Excel or pdf-attachment. Let me know.
